Design an original weather app icon with an aircraft-inspired palette. Use the attached reference for its clear, centered composition, sky-blue field, clean bold shapes, and confident color, while creating a distinctly new weather-and-aviation subject: a single strong focal shape combining a cloud and a small aircraft silhouette. Avoid the reference's letterform and tricolor arrangement; no text.
