Create an animated-style icon inspired by the reference: an enchanting starlit fantasy settlement nestled around a turquoise lake, with a fairytale castle, flowering woodland, a glowing star and a large moon. Capture its luminous, intricate storybook atmosphere and pastel blue, lavender, pink and golden palette in a clear, compact icon composition. No lettering.
